From Classroom to Studio… Eternal Horizon Arrives on Friday 14th August!

It’s been a busy couple of weeks since breaking up from school!

As many of you know, during term time my days are spent in the classroom teaching English, but once the summer holidays arrive, I swap lesson plans for instruments and digital workstations. I’m delighted to say that I’ve finally finished writing and producing an entirely new collection of instrumental worship music called The Prayer Room Collection, which will be released this September.

Before the full collection arrives, I’m excited to begin sharing the music one piece at a time, starting with my new single, Eternal Horizon, which will be released on Friday 14th August 2026.

Eternal Horizon was written to create space for quiet reflection, Bible study and prayer. My hope is that it becomes music you can simply leave playing in the background while you spend time with God – gentle enough not to distract, but expressive enough to help create an atmosphere of peace and worship.

It’s been incredibly encouraging to hear the early feedback. Reviewers have described the melody as sweet, soothing, memorable and emotionally uplifting, while also highlighting the calming ambient atmosphere, celestial soundscape and the rich layers of pads, reverb and textures that give the piece its spacious feel. They also commented on the restrained but engaging arrangement, with its natural moments of silence, subtle development and the expressive piano and guitar performances.

Creating this project has been a real labour of love. I wanted these pieces to breathe – to resist the temptation to fill every moment with sound – and instead allow space for stillness, prayer and reflection. Sometimes the quiet moments speak just as powerfully as the notes themselves.

Eternal Horizon is only the beginning. A brand-new single will be released every week after the first release, gradually introducing more of The Prayer Room Collection before the complete album becomes available in September.

I can’t wait to start sharing this music with you. Whether you’re looking for something to accompany your morning devotions, an evening of prayer, or simply a peaceful soundtrack for a quiet moment with God, I hope these pieces serve you well.

Thank you, as always, for your encouragement and support. I’m looking forward to taking you on this journey over the coming weeks!
